My partner tried to deposit money day…
My partner tried to deposit money day before cup day still hasn’t gone in on Friday. Sent message on live chat as there is no number to ring. Gave me the run around and told me money had to come from my bank account when money had previously been deposited in that same way from my partner’s account with my account reference. Advised me to email their compliance department. Still waiting to hear. Feel like their commitment to customer service is very poor
